Books To You

Using the library doesn’t have to stop if you’re physically unable to visit us in person. The Books to You program enables customers of all ages to continue enjoying reading and learning. Library staff are happy to discuss how Books To You can work to improve life for you, your family or group.

Individuals in private residences or group homes may request monthly visits from staff or volunteers bringing books. Interested in e-books and downloadable audios? A staff member can demonstrate how to access lots of online library materials using a variety of devices.

For group homes or tight knit communities, the Play Freely Sprinter Van is available every month with books to checkout. In addition, Books To You staff provide cultural and literary activities to inspire, connect, and entertain, including book discussions, art, poetry and more. If your community or residence has a special event, invite the library to the celebration. The Library Trike, with free book giveaways, might be available.

For more information on any of these services, please contact Books To You staff at 803-929-3416 or email
