Walking for Fitness, Walking for Life

2018 is here and the resolutions have been made. Lets jump start our fitness resolution by walking! We will walk to increase our circulation, tone our bodies, and improve our health so we can look and feel great for the Spring and Summer.
Remember to wear/bring comfortable workout clothes/shoes, accessories, and please check with your healthcare provider before starting a workout program. *Bottled water/snacks will be provided.
